STUDENT ACCEPTANCE, AGREEMENT AND DECLARATION

I understand when applying for enrolment with Master Builders Queensland I will need to provide all required evidence and documents to support my application.
I agree to disclose any relevant information to enable Master Builders Queensland to assist me to undertake study.
I acknowledge and accept that from time to time, Master Builders Queensland may contact me with information relating to the training course I am enrolled in, or about other products and services Master Builders Queensland offers which may be of benefit to me and/or my business.
I acknowledge that I must provide all required personal information and eligibility documentation.
I understand that I must undertake any required testing to meet the program entry requirements.
I acknowledge this course is suitable for my needs, and I am able to meet the mandatory entry requirements of this course.
I have notified Master Builders Queensland of any special requirements I may have and/or any reasonable adjustments required to undertake the course. This includes identifying any special needs I may have in relation to the delivery and assessments of this course. I acknowledge that appropriate support options have been discussed with me.
I understand that I must meet all financial obligations including all fees and charges associated with my enrolment.
I agree to provide Master Builders Queensland with my Unique Student Identifier (USI) or alternatively Master Builders Queensland can apply for it on my behalf with the identification documentation I provide. I understand that it is a requirement that I provide my USI to be enrolled and issued with an award and graduate.
I understand that I must meet any specific additional legislative or health and safety requirements.
I declare that the information provided to Master Builders Queensland in the application to study is, to the best of my knowledge, true, correct and complete at the time of my enrolment/application.
I acknowledge that failure to complete an application/enrolment form; providing any false information, and/or failing to disclose any information relevant to my application/s for enrolment and/or funding, may result in the withdrawal of any offer. This is particularly relevant to my eligibility to secure an offer of Industry or Government subsidised training.
Failure to comply with any or all requirements may result in the cancellation of my enrolment at the discretion of my Registered Training Organisation.
Please note that if Master Builders Queensland has delivered training and assessment to you, and your funding application is rejected after submission to the relevant funding body, payment in full is required. No further training or assessment will be delivered until a mutually agreed payment arrangement is in place.
I authorise Master Builders Queensland to obtain any information regarding previous enrolments and/or participation in any training and assessment programs provided by another educational institution. Information may include details of any qualifications obtained, (Statement/s of Attainment; Statement/s of Results) and the date of any Award.

Academic Integrity

I understand at the completion of my course, and as part of Master Builders Queensland quality and compliance process, Master Builders Queensland will conduct an internal audit of all completed submitted student files to ensure all mandatory evidence has been gathered. This includes integrity checking that all answers submitted are true and correct and comply with all training package requirements prior to Master Builders Queensland issuing my Award.
That once the audit has been completed, if I am required to resubmit work or provide additional evidence, I will be contacted by my Course Coordinator for a confidential discussion. I agree to complete and submit any additional training and assessment items requested as soon as practicable. Master Builders Queensland will issue my Award without delay once all mandatory training package requirements have been successfully completed.
I understand that directly copying another person’s work without proper acknowledgement (including the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT) will be considered Academic Misconduct (plagiarism) and is a breach of the enrolment agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.
I understand that using or developing another person’s work without proper acknowledgement (including the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT) will be considered serious Academic Misconduct and is a breach of the enrolment agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.
I understand that using the work of other students (with or without their permission) and claiming is as your own is considered serious Academic Misconduct and is a breach of the Enrolment Agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.
I understand that using Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT to create assessment answers is not permitted for summative assessment. The use of AI tools by students is permissible for use in formative assessment, when directed by Educators, and in the manner prescribed by Educators. Free AI tools may be out of date with current Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) requirements. The use of these tools may likely increase my chances of submitting an incorrect answer.
I understand that to comply with Master Builders Queensland virtual learning invigilation requirements, it is mandatory to have my camera switched on at all times, ensuring I am visible to the trainer for the duration of the course and any during any assessment tasks.

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Subsidised Training Courses

I will be required to pay a Student Co-contribution fee towards the cost of my training. CSQ will pay Master Builders Queensland a contribution towards each unit of competency after successful completion of all relevant training and assessment requirements.
I agree to meet all of the attendance obligations for each unit; to submit and undertake all assessment on time; and to complete all the requirements for the unit of competency within the prescribed study period.
I agree to notify Master Builders Queensland of any circumstances that may affect or delay my completion of all training and assessment requirements before any funding contract arrangements expire.
I acknowledge I have been made aware of ALL course costs and the maximum CSQ funding contribution payable for the course I am undertaking.

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Subsidised Training Courses

I acknowledge and accept that from time to time, Master Builders Queensland may contact me with information relating to the training course I am enrolled in, or about other products and services Master Builders Queensland offers which may be of benefit to me and/or my business.
I acknowledge that I must provide all required personal information and eligibility documentation.
I understand that I must undertake any required testing to meet the program entry requirements.
I acknowledge this course is suitable for my needs, and I am able to meet the mandatory entry requirements of this course.
I have notified Master Builders Queensland of any special requirements I may have and/or any reasonable adjustments required to undertake the course. This includes identifying any special needs I may have in relation to the delivery and assessments of this course. I acknowledge that appropriate support options have been discussed with me.
I understand that I must meet all financial obligations including all fees and charges associated with my enrolment.
I agree to provide Master Builders Queensland with my Unique Student Identifier (USI) or alternatively Master Builders Queensland can apply for it on my behalf with the identification documentation I provide. I understand that it is a requirement that I provide my USI to be enrolled and issued with an award and graduate.
I understand that I must meet any specific additional legislative or health and safety requirements.
I declare that the information provided to Master Builders Queensland in the application to study is, to the best of my knowledge, true, correct and complete at the time of my enrolment/application.
I acknowledge that failure to complete an application/enrolment form; providing any false information, and/or failing to disclose any information relevant to my application/s for enrolment and/or funding, may result in the withdrawal of any offer. This is particularly relevant to my eligibility to secure an offer of Industry or Government subsidised training.
Failure to comply with any or all requirements may result in the cancellation of my enrolment at the discretion of my Registered Training Organisation.
Please note that if Master Builders Queensland has delivered training and assessment to you, and your funding application is rejected after submission to the relevant funding body, payment in full is required. No further training or assessment will be delivered until a mutually agreed payment arrangement is in place.
I authorise Master Builders Queensland to obtain any information regarding previous enrolments and/or participation in any training and assessment programs provided by another educational institution. Academic Integrity

I understand at the completion of my course, and as part of Master Builders Queensland quality and compliance process, Master Builders Queensland will conduct an internal audit of all completed submitted student files to ensure all mandatory evidence has been gathered. This includes integrity checking that all answers submitted are true and correct and comply with all training package requirements prior to Master Builders Queensland issuing my Award.
That once the audit has been completed, if I am required to resubmit work or provide additional evidence, I will be contacted by my Course Coordinator for a confidential discussion. I agree to complete and submit any additional training and assessment items requested as soon as practicable. Master Builders Queensland will issue my Award without delay once all mandatory training package requirements have been successfully completed.
I understand that directly copying another person’s work without proper acknowledgement (including the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT) will be considered Academic Misconduct (plagiarism) and is a breach of the enrolment agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.
I understand that using or developing another person’s work without proper acknowledgement (including the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT) will be considered serious Academic Misconduct and is a breach of the enrolment agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.
I understand that using the work of other students (with or without their permission) and claiming is as your own is considered serious Academic Misconduct and is a breach of the Enrolment Agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.
I understand that using Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT to create assessment answers is not permitted for summative assessment. The use of AI tools by students is permissible for use in formative assessment, when directed by Educators, and in the manner prescribed by Educators. Free AI tools may be out of date with current Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) requirements. The use of these tools may likely increase my chances of submitting an incorrect answer.
I understand that to comply with Master Builders Queensland virtual learning invigilation requirements, it is mandatory to have my camera switched on at all times, ensuring I am visible to the trainer for the duration of the course and any during any assessment tasks.

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Subsidised Training Courses
\nI understand if my enrolment in the course I am undertaking at Master Builders Queensland is subsidised by CSQ:
I will be required to pay a Student Co-contribution fee towards the cost of my training. CSQ will pay Master Builders Queensland a contribution towards each unit of competency after successful completion of all relevant training and assessment requirements.
I agree to meet all of the attendance obligations for each unit; to submit and undertake all assessment on time; and to complete all the requirements for the unit of competency within the prescribed study period.
I agree to notify Master Builders Queensland of any circumstances that may affect or delay my completion of all training and assessment requirements before any funding contract arrangements expire.

Academic Integrity

I understand at the completion of my course, and as part of Master Builders Queensland quality and compliance process, Master Builders Queensland will conduct an internal audit of all completed submitted student files to ensure all mandatory evidence has been gathered. This includes integrity checking that all answers submitted are true and correct and comply with all training package requirements prior to Master Builders Queensland issuing my Award.
That once the audit has been completed, if I am required to resubmit work or provide additional evidence, I will be contacted by my Course Coordinator for a confidential discussion. I agree to complete and submit any additional training and assessment items requested as soon as practicable. Master Builders Queensland will issue my Award without delay once all mandatory training package requirements have been successfully completed.
I understand that directly copying another person’s work without proper acknowledgement (including the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT) will be considered Academic Misconduct (plagiarism) and is a breach of the enrolment agreement and will be managed in accordance with RTO policies.

I understand that using Generative Artificial Intelligence Tools e.g. ChatGPT to create assessment answers is not permitted for summative assessment. The use of AI tools by students is permissible for use in formative assessment, when directed by Educators, and in the manner prescribed by Educators. Free AI tools may be out of date with current Australian Standards and the National Construction Code (NCC) requirements. The use of these tools may likely increase my chances of submitting an incorrect answer.
I understand that to comply with Master Builders Queensland virtual learning invigilation requirements, it is mandatory to have my camera switched on at all times, ensuring I am visible to the trainer for the duration of the course and any during any assessment tasks.

Construction Skills Queensland (CSQ) Subsidised Training Courses
\nI understand if my enrolment in the course I am undertaking at Master Builders Queensland is subsidised by CSQ:
I will be required to pay a Student Co-contribution fee towards the cost of my training. CSQ will pay Master Builders Queensland a contribution towards each unit of competency after successful completion of all relevant training and assessment requirements.
